Craig Lunde

Director, Business Development

Craig Lunde is a Director of Business Development with over twenty years of experience assisting Fortune 1000 organizations employ transformational enterprise-wide solutions to garner strategic advantage and improve efficiency.  Mr. Lunde excels in developing long-term relationships built upon understanding each organization’s unique business drivers to facilitate positive organizational transformation through the alignment of business objectives and technology solutions.  His success derives from his aptitude to design and apply innovative operational strategies that drive business value and deliver breakthrough results.

Respected as a trusted advisor, Mr. Lunde's diplomatic approach and communication style fosters an open, respectful and result-oriented collaborative environment that is responsive to a client’s true needs and promotes consensus across all levels of the enterprise.  With this unique ability, he is able to successfully translate the strategic vision of corporate executives into detailed value-driven solutions that help streamline business processes, maximize productivity and gain efficiencies.

Prior to joining the Optimum team, Mr. Lunde served in executive leadership and business development roles for several technology companies including, among others, Cambridge Technology Partners Inc. (CTP), which was purchased by Novell, Inc. in 2001.  While at CTP, Mr. Lunde played a pivotal role its business expansion effort that grew the company to $625M in annual revenue and gain international prominence.  

Mr. Lunde has presented at various conferences across the nation on topics of interest in the PeopleSoft community. He has led global customized informational sessions about HR and Financial systems for many clients, including a session for one of the world's largest automakers and another for the largest independent regulator of securities firms. 

Mr. Lunde earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Yale University and was honored as a Masters Cup Recipient.  In college, he was a member of the All-Ivy and All-New England Lacrosse Teams and currently mentors youth and high school student athletes in his local community.
