John Doel
Senior Director, Human Capital Management Practice
Mr. Doel is the Senior Director of Optimum's Human Capital Management Practice with over a dozen years of leadership experience in Information Technology roles ranging from Systems Engineer, Enterprise Solution Architect, Enagagement Manager and Project Manager. His extensive ERP implementation consulting experience focuses primarily in the Human Capital Management and Customer Relationship Management solutions, as well as their integration with other systems across the enterprise.
Mr. Doel is adept in managing complex ERP implementation projects and excels at understanding the impacts that the various technical components of a client's enterprise landscape can have on the delivery of a project. He leverages this broad technical expertise in combination with his PeopleSoft/Oracle Application experience to ensure the successful execution of Optimum's implementation and upgrade projects, continually advancing Optimum's distinction as a market leader in Enterprise System Technology.
Mr. Doel holds a Bachelors degree in Information Systems from Purdue University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
