Director, Business Development

Kristine Pilat is a Director of Business Development with over twenty years of experience assisting global organizations institute best-of-breed enterprise business solutions to maximize performance in Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain and Business Intelligence for Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP. She has built, managed and led numerous executive account teams focused on building strong relationships and providing strategic direction for large, complex corporate initiatives within Fortune 1000 organizations.

In addition to Ms. Pilat's expertise in establishing long-term strategic partnerships, she is an expert in driving positive organizational transformation through the alignment of business objectives and technology solutions. Her experience includes executive-level participation for global implementations as well as strategy development, account management, and project management. Ms. Pilat attributes her career achievements to her keen ability to listen to and address client-specific business needs; empower project teams and individuals to be successful; and her unique personable communication style.

Throughout her career Ms. Pilat has held executive, management and sales positions with such firms as IBM, Electronic Data Systems, and Ballantyne Inc.

Ms. Pilat earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Economics from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois.
