Mike Morabit

Director, Supply Chain Management Practice

Mr. Morabit is a Director in Optimum's Supply Chain Practice. With over nineteen years of Supply Chain Management and systems implementation experience, holding leadership positions in both consulting organizations and industry, he has been dedicated to helping global organizations achieve significant operational improvements.

Mr. Morabit has considerable expertise in strategy development, project management, best practice applications, solutions design and execution in multiple-site/global Oracle Applications implementations, including Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Demand Planning.

Throughout the past nineteen years, Mr. Morabit has held management positions in distribution, manufacturing, retail and financial institutes, as well as various roles ranging from infrastructure architect, senior technical advisor, senior database administrator, Solution Architect, business analyst, production scheduling and planning to inventory management. Mr. Morabit has extensive experience leading several full-lifecycle global implementations of the Oracle Enterprise system for numerous clients across multiple industries. This diverse exposure has allowed him to excel at understanding the integration points to all other areas of the business in order to provide the optimal strategic guidance and direction to his clients.

Mr. Morabit completed his studies at the University of Kansas with majors in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science.
