Process Analysis & Design Tools
We use a business process decomposition model that divides the current business process into its fundamental hierarchical components. This breakdown becomes the basis for creating the target processes and determining the organization of all other deliverables of the project including configuration and customization documents, test cases, training materials and procedure documentation.
