Requirements Analysis

The requirement definition captures the target business functionality and is cross-referenced to our process decomposition analysis. Our Gap analysis database can then be used to compare the requirements to delivered system functionality. If gaps are identified, the database is further updated with the resolution to the gap and details for any system customizations that may be required. The customization summaries that are produced by this database are the primary inputs into the detailed design specifications for each development task.
