The Challenge:
Bombardier Learjet needed a data warehouse and analysis solution for their Finance and Aerospace users that would replace their current data warehouse and reporting solution for viewing labor and cost information. This new solution was required to provide real-time data efficiently and simply, be multidimensional to allow for large volumes of historic information and be scalable and adaptable to the growing needs of their organization.
The Solution:
Optimum advised and developed an analytic solution that met Learjet’s specific user requirements. This was achieved through the migration of existing Oracle tables to a 10g environment and converting the existing web applications to utilize the Oracle Business Intelligence application tools and dashboards within the BI application.

By utilizing a custom Oracle Business Intelligence solution, Learjet was able to:
